Foundations for Every Days

Makeup Queens
Foundation is one of those products I rarely judge by coverage alone. The finish matters just as much: some days I want skin to look fresh and luminous, while on others I prefer something smoother and more controlled.
These three give me noticeably different results, so I tend to choose between them according to the makeup I have in mind.

When I Want More Glow
Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation is the option I reach for when I want my complexion to look polished without losing its natural radiance. What I like most is the way the finish still looks like skin rather than creating an overly matte surface. I usually prefer this kind of foundation for everyday makeup or whenever the rest of my look is soft and understated. For me, it works especially well when I want the base to look fresh rather than heavily perfected.

For a Softer, Blurred Base
Huda Beauty Easy Blur Natural Airbrush Foundation gives me a different kind of result. I choose it when I want the complexion to appear smoother and a little more refined, particularly around areas where texture is more noticeable. The “blur” effect is what makes this one stand apart in my routine: instead of focusing mainly on glow, it gives the base a more even, softly filtered appearance. I still prefer applying it in thin layers so the finish stays natural.

When I Need More Staying Power
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup SPF 10 is the one I associate with longer days and makeup that needs to feel more secure. Compared with the other two, I reach for it when I want a more controlled and dependable base rather than a very dewy finish. I find it works best when I apply a modest amount and build only where I need extra coverage, which keeps the result from feeling unnecessarily heavy.

All three have a different place in my makeup routine: glow when I want freshness, blur when I want smoothness, and a more lasting finish when I need my base to stay looking polished.
