Lykkers, I’ve realized I can never fully enjoy perfumes that enter the room before I do. You know those scents that feel so intense they practically announce your arrival from three floors away? Yeah… not for me. I love fragrances that stay softer, closer to the skin, the kind people only notice when they’re standing near you.

These are the three perfumes I’ve been wearing constantly this year, and honestly, each one feels like a completely different personality.

1. Chanel N°5 L’Eau

The Chanel N°5 L'Eau feels like fresh laundry, soft clouds, and expensive baby powder somehow blended together in the prettiest way possible. I’m naturally drawn to musky scents, so this one immediately became a favorite. Compared to the classic Chanel No.5 DNA, this version feels lighter, cleaner, and way easier to wear daily. It has this airy powdery sweetness that sits softly instead of becoming overwhelming.

2. Gucci Bloom Ambrosia di Fiori

The Gucci Bloom Ambrosia di Fiori completely changed how I feel about floral perfumes. Normally, rose-heavy or floral fragrances aren’t really my thing because they can feel too mature or overly classic. But this one feels different. It’s floral, yes, but there’s something softer and younger hidden underneath it. Every time I wear it, I get this image of someone trying to look elegant and grown-up while still keeping a sweet youthful energy. Weirdly specific, but that’s genuinely the vibe.

3. Fragonard Vanille

The Fragonard Vanille honestly makes me crave desserts every single time I wear it. The vanilla here feels warm, creamy, and almost edible without becoming sickly sweet. It reminds me of fresh cupcakes, warm sugar, and cozy bakeries during cold weather. I have such a weakness for vanilla perfumes, but many of them end up smelling artificial or overly sugary after a while. This one stays smoother and softer instead.

Choosing perfume is so personal—sometimes you’re not just picking a scent, you’re choosing the version of yourself you want people to remember after you leave the room.
