Liquid highlighters honestly changed the way my makeup looks. I used to only use powder highlights, but once I started using liquid formulas, my makeup looked so much more natural, glowy, and skin-like instead of just sparkly.

I especially love how versatile they are — sometimes I wear them under foundation for that subtle glow, sometimes I mix them into blush, and other times I layer them with powder highlighter when I want extra shine.

Saie Beauty High Glow Liquid Highlighter — $28

This is probably one of my favorite highlighters for a softer everyday glow. The formula melts into the skin beautifully and gives that healthy “lit from within” effect instead of looking overly metallic. What I love most is how natural it looks, especially underneath foundation. It almost looks like your skin is naturally glowing instead of wearing obvious makeup. The texture also blends really easily, so it never feels patchy or difficult to work with. This is the highlighter I usually reach for when I want fresh, effortless makeup.

Iconic London Rollaway Glow Highlighter — $29

Compared to the Saie highlighter, this one is definitely much more intense and radiant. If you love a super glowy summer makeup look, this product honestly looks stunning on the skin. The roller applicator also makes it really fun and easy to apply, and surprisingly it doesn’t disturb my makeup underneath. The Peach Paradise shade gives such a warm luminous glow that catches the light beautifully. I especially love using this during vacations, dinners, or whenever I want my makeup to stand out a little more.

Rare Beauty Positive Light Liquid Luminizer Highlight — $25

This highlighter lasts forever because you barely need any product for a strong glow. The pigment is super intense, so even a tiny amount gives a bright reflective finish. One of my favorite ways to use this is mixing a little into liquid blushes because it instantly gives the cheeks a more dewy and healthy look. I especially love pairing it with Rare Beauty blushes since they blend together so nicely. The formula also wears really well throughout the day without fading too quickly, which makes it perfect for longer makeup days.

Whether you prefer a soft natural glow or a more dramatic shine, the right liquid highlighter can completely change how your makeup catches the light. And honestly, glowing skin just makes everything look a little more alive.
