Beauty Hacks
I’m always curious about skincare that brings something a little different to my routine. Sometimes I want a proper cleansing treatment, sometimes a richer cream for the evening, and other times I just want a lightweight essence that layers easily with everything else.
These three products immediately stood out to me because they all have very different purposes.

For A Deep Cleaning Reset
Medicube Zero Pore Blackhead Mud Mask is the kind of mask I would reach for when my skin feels congested and I want a more thorough cleansing step. The formula is labelled with AHA, BHA and PHA, along with 30% pore-purifying clay, so this definitely feels more like an occasional treatment than an everyday product.
I like using clay masks mainly around areas where I notice more visible pores or blackheads, rather than automatically covering my entire face. With exfoliating acids already included, I would keep the rest of my routine simple that day and avoid layering several strong active products at once.
This is the one I would choose when I want that fresh, deeply cleansed feeling without turning my whole routine into something complicated.

For A More Indulgent Night Routine
Anua Collagen Retinol Refining Gua Sha Cream instantly feels like the most interesting evening product of the three. The combination of collagen and retinol makes it especially appealing to me for a night routine focused on smoother-looking, more refined skin.
I also really like the built-in gua sha concept. It turns the application into more of a ritual, which is something I genuinely enjoy at the end of the day. I would use a small amount of cream and massage it gently rather than applying too much pressure.
Because it contains retinol, I would personally introduce it gradually instead of using it every night straight away. I would also make sure to wear sunscreen consistently during the day.

For Lightweight Everyday Layering
VT PDRN Essence is probably the easiest product here for me to imagine using regularly. The bottle highlights PDRN 100 and elasticity and wrinkle care, giving it a more treatment-focused feel while still looking like a lightweight essence.
I love this type of product because it can sit comfortably between toner and moisturiser without making the routine feel heavy. I would use a few drops, gently press them into the skin and then follow with my usual cream.
For me, this would be the most versatile option of the three, especially on days when I want extra skincare without adding another rich layer.

My Final Thoughts
I would use Medicube when my skin needs a cleansing reset, Anua as a more considered evening treatment, and VT as the easiest everyday addition. They serve completely different purposes, which is exactly why I like this selection: instead of competing with each other, each one could have its own place in my routine.
